 Ticket Booking
1. When does advance booking open?
     The advance booking facility is directly controlled by the Theatre. Whenever the Theatre opens the show for advance booking, the show is automatically made available 24 hours on Malayalam Movie Window. Advance booking will be a maximum of 3 days.

2. Do you charge extra fees for a booking?
    We currently charges a convenience fee (per ticket) for a booking.

3. Can I choose my seat at the Theatre?
    Yes, this is one of the most important features we offer. You have the choice of selecting or changing your seats at every step of the transaction Subject to availability.

4. How many tickets can I book in one transaction?
    At Present you are allowed a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction.

5. How can I confirm whether my tickets have been booked?
    By Completing the Process of e-Payment, the seats requested by you will be assigned to you and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email id provided by you. You can view the Confirmed ticket on the screen and take a printout of that. If you have no access to a printer at that moment you can at any time take a printout of the ticket already emailed to you. Other wise you will collect your ticket from theatre, paid with nominal amount for providing duplicate ticket.

6. I accidentally booked my tickets for today instead of tomorrow, can you change the tickets?
    No. It is not possible to replace or refund tickets once they have been confirmed.

7. Can I change my seat numbers?
    No. It is not possible to change the seat numbers of a ticket once booked.

8. Can I change the show time that I have booked for?
    No. It is not possible to change the show time once a ticket has been confirmed

9. Can we cancel or replace our tickets?
    No. As per our policy, once a ticket has been paid for, it is deemed sold. It cannot now be replaced or cancelled..

  PAYMENT :

1. What is the mode of payments fort ticket booking?
   Pentacircle informatics offers multiple payment options like Credit Card and Net Banking. We shall be adding new payment options in the near future.

2. When I enter my credit card information, the site asks for a CVV code. What is the CVV code?
   The CVV is a 3 or 4 digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of Visa and MasterCard credit cards. This is an extra security measure to ensure that you have access or physical possession of the credit card itself in order to use the CVV code.

3. My booking has been rejected, but my credit card has been charged? What do I do?
   This is a very rare situation, and can occur in case of a network fluctuation at the time of booking. In this case, a reverse request for the charge on your credit card will be sent by us the after 3 days to the bank. Please be assured that if the ticket has not been successfully booked, your card payment will be reversed within 2 weeks.

4. The refund has still not been credited in my credit card account
   As per our company policy, we send a reverse request to the bank by the next day. Depending on the card issuing bank, it can sometimes take up to two week for the reversal to take effect.

6. Can I book my tickets without my credit card since I don't want to disclose my credit card details?
   No, Currently, Pentacircle Informatics only offers credit card bookings for Visa, Master card, and net banking for Fednet and the site is completely secure..

   TICKET COLLECTION :

1. Will my tickets be delivered after my booking is done?
   Yes. You can view the Confirmed ticket on the screen and take a printout of that. If you have no access to a printer at that moment you can at any time take a printout of the ticket already emailed to you. Other wise you will collect your ticket from theatre, paid with nominal amount for providing duplicate ticket.

2. Do I need to carry my credit card when I collect my tickets?
   No. It is not necessary to carry the credit card used for booking when you pick up the tickets from the theatre. But it is necessary to carry the ID proof used for booking. This is for your own safety to ensure that the person booking the ticket is the bona fide owner of the ID proof.

3. I have to book tickets on my credit card for my friends/family, but I cannot attend the show personally.
   This is a rare case. In this case you have to book the tickets with the ID proof of a member, who will be able to attend the show, using your credit card.

   BOOKING:

1. How long does it take to book the tickets after I register myself on the website?
   Register with email id and personal details.This is one time registration.

2. What are the benefits of registering on the site?
   By registering, you get access to your booking history information. You will also get the option to get some great offers in the future.

3. I have booked tickets with my ID proof for my family/friends. But I cannot attend the show personally?
   This is a rare case and you have got an option,You have to go to the theatre prior to the show with your ID proof,Ticket and the ID proof of one of the members of your group, to the manager to get his conformation with this conformation and new ID proof. Your group can attend the show. This will be at the entire discretion of the manager.

1. I am trying to book my tickets, but the drop down list is not working. What should I do?

2. What browser works best with Malayalam Movie Window?
   We currently support IEXPLORE (version 5.5 or later) and are adding support for other browsers as well.

3. Why is the speed of this website so slow?
   We have optimized the website to offer the best user experience, please check your connection with your Internet Service Provider.

4. Does this site use cookies?
   We use cookies help us customize our site to our customer’s requirements, and offer a more personalized service.

5. What do I do if my booking is not completed?
   We are sorry for this unlikely inconvenience. If your booking process fails during a payment process, we will notify you if any erroneous charges have been incurred. And reverse any amount charged within 3 weeks.
